The cost of the reception, certain meals, and evening entertainment are included in the registration fee. Conference attendees may invite guests to these events for a per-person fee for each event.
Meals Included with Conference Registration:
Reception – Monday evening (light appetizers)
Continental Breakfast – Tuesday ONLY (no breakfast on Wednesday or Thursday)
Lunch – Tuesday and Wednesday ONLY (no lunch on Thursday as conference ends before noon)
Dinner – Wednesday
Registration fees include a complimentary individual TxDLA Membership and an Associate Membership in USDLA. This is not included with the One Day Pass.

Cancellation policy: You must make all cancellations in writing via email to Lisa Tomsio at or by mail to TxDLA, 823 Congress Ave., Suite 230, Austin, TX 78701.
Cancellations made on or before 2/15/16 will receive full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Between 2/16/16 and 2/28/16 , you will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations received after 3/1/16. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
