Register for the conference. Remember that all exhibitor representatives must be registered for the conference. Your booth includes one complimentary registration, but you still need to officially register them (and select "invoice me" as payment type so that we can credit you for the one that comes with your booth). Additional representatives will need to pay the regular full registration fee to attend (but remember you have up to three booth "passes" for those who are just working in your booth - they will NOT receive a badge for participation in conference meals or other functions). Verify your administrative contact. Check with the person at your company who completed the booth registration forms and ensure that the confirmation email has listed the correct administrative contact information for your company. This is how we will contact you about payment, logistics, booth assignments, reminders, etc.
Submit payment for your booth package by March 10, 2016. Previous booth selections will be returned to the open selection of booths if payment has not been received by March 10, 2016.
Review Cancellation Policy. Exhibitor cancellation made prior to January 31, 2016 will result in a loss of $100 (cancellation fee). Cancellations made after January 31, 2016, but prior to February 28, 2016, will result in a loss of 50% of total payment. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER February 28, 2016. Any applicant who fails to show and setup during the prescribed exhibit hall set-up hours agrees that their exhibit space and any amount paid shall be retained by TxDLA.

Submit your complimentary vendor showcase presentation. Opportunity to present a 50 minute presentation during a regular breakout session time. Showcase is available on a first come, first served basis as space is limited. Exhibitors must request and submit session information by the deadline date (TBD) once booth space is contracted. Order furniture and accessories from the official decorating company. Please see the exhibitor kit for ordering information and pricing. You should have received a link to the online exhibitor kit with user name and password information. If you did not receive it, please contact Alliance Exposition Services - ExhibitorAssistance@alliance-exposition.com, 703-528-2001. No carpet is needed - the exhibit hall is carpeted.
Order any special A/V, internet, or electricity above what is provided with your booth package. Your booth comes with a WIRELESS internet connection and a basic electrical connection. Please see the exhibitor kit that was emailed to you by Alliance Exposition Services for ordering information and pricing. Tabletop exhibitors will need to order internet and electricity through the hotel using these forms, or if you prefer a WIRED internet connection, you will need to complete the appropriate form below and provide payment to the hotel separately for the upgrade.

Decide and plan on providing optional attendee conference bag stuffers. All exhibitors have the opportunity to provide small promotional item in attendee registration bags. We encourage useful promotional items, tools, or media rather than paper brochures/flyers. You must provide enough quantity for all registrants (approximately 500). Look for the pre-conference attendee list approximately one (1) week prior to the conference. Requests for the list made by exhibitors prior to one week before the conference will be disregarded.
